Salesmatrix Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our app users ("you" or "users"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your contact data through our mobile application "Salesmatrix SWOT" (the "App" or "SWOT").
Information We Collect
The App requests permission to access your contact data from your device solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience and providing you with convenient features. If you choose to link a locally stored contact record to your company App data, we store the name, surname, address fields, phone numbers and email addresses of that contact. We are software developers and publishers and can assure our users that your contact data has the same interest to us as random strings of encrypted hex data.
How We Use Your Contact Data
As a key function of our App, we connect contacts details to the customers your business interacts with. At initialisation, this contact data is sourced solely with your data administrators approval and assistance from your central business contact database. If you wish to suppliment this data from your local smart device contact data, or add the details of a newly acquired contact to your company data we provide a convenient method to do so. We display a list of your local contacts and you are able to choose one contact that you wish to add to your company data. This data is shared with other App users with access in your business data. Once you confirm that is your intent, the SWOT application stores the single contact data record you choose to your companies secure SWOT App dataset on our encrypted server.
We want to assure you that we do not store your lists of contacts on your smart device. We transfer to the company dataset only the single contact record(s) that you choose to share with others in your business. At any time your business data administrator has the ability to delete any or all data records on your exclusive App dataset. We do not share, sell, or distribute your or your businesses contact data to any third parties. The contact data accessed by the App is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Enhancing your user experience: The App incorporates contact management features. The contact data we present to you in the App is sourced from your business server and is not from your local contact unless you give us permission to do that for individual contacts. It means that instead switching to another app, when you see a specific Customer Strength, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat, you can use contact data within the App to provide you with a convenient way to immediately communicate with your business customers.

Communication: If you choose to use features of the App that involve sending messages or making calls, the App may utilize the contact data you have chosen to connect with, to facilitate these actions.

App Functionality: The contact data accessed is used solely to enable the App to perform its intended functions seamlessly.
Data Security
We take data security seriously and have implemented industry-standard measures to protect your contact data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our servers are hosted in secure environments, and data transmission within the App is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Data Retention
We retain your local device contact data only for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the services offered by the App. If you want to add a local contact, a list of local contacts in retrieved, but this is deleted as soon as your choice is made. You can delete the App's access to your contact data at any time through your device settings, which will not affect your ability to use other features of the App.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If they somehow obtain access to your data, there is a strong likelihood that you left the App password written on a post-it note on your screen. Login and password details should only be delivered by your business administrator, so it is extremely unlikely, even impossible for us to collect their personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with their contact data without your consent, please contact us, and we will promptly address your situation.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App.
