Three steps, one morning
Salesmatrix reads Unleashed over its own API, so there is nothing to install and no IT project.

Copy your API details
In Unleashed, open Integration, then Unleashed API Access. The page shows your API ID and API Key.

Register and test
Register on dashboard.salesmatrix.com, choose Unleashed, paste in the two values and click Test Connection.

Open your dashboard
Your sales history imports overnight. Next morning your customers, products, salespeople and sales are in Salesmatrix, and each night after that only what changed is read.
Safe by design
What happens to your Unleashed data, in plain terms.
Nothing to install
No add-on in Unleashed and no software on your computers. The connection is just your API details, entered only on dashboard.salesmatrix.com.
Changes follow through
An invoice changed after it was first imported is picked up the next night, and the new version replaces the old.
Quiet during the day
Imports run once a night, outside Australian and New Zealand business hours, and read only what changed since the last one.

Questions from Unleashed users
Who can set it up?
Anyone with an Unleashed login that can open Unleashed API Access, plus an email address that becomes the first administrator of your Salesmatrix dashboard. If you can't see the API page, your Unleashed administrator can give your role API access.
Which invoices are counted?
Invoices with status Placed or Completed, by invoice date, using each line's total. To check a figure, compare with an Unleashed report built the same way.
What if our API key changes?
Enter the new values on the Connection page of your dashboard, click Test, then Connect. Salesmatrix carries on from where it stopped, so nothing is missed or imported twice.
Where is our data kept?
On servers at AccuWebHosting.com in Sydney, Australia and Denver, US. Each business has its own private dashboard.
Can we stop it later?
Yes, at any time. Click Disconnect on the Connection page of your dashboard and choose whether to keep the data already imported or remove it.
