...You can now connect one contact to multiple customers

Salesmatrix updates are geared towards improving your productivity, making your sales management process simpler so that you can focus on selling, and knowing your admin is simpler. 

Further optimising your productivity, we have this exciting update that allows you to add a contact to multiple customers. 

Here, you can see the contact selected is Alex Kenny, currently, he is associated with one customer, AJ August Fashionwear. For the sake of demonstrating, let's say you want to connect him with other customers too.


To connect Alex Kenny with other customers, use the search function to locate the other customers you wish to find. 

When you touch on the customer you wish to add to your contact, you will be asked via an alert if you wish to add Alex Kenny as a contact of that customer; in this case, it's Brooks Fashion. 

As you can see, after following these simple steps, Alex Kenny is now successfully associated with two connections. 

If you go into the customer profile, you will find your list of connected contacts. Alex Kenny will now appear there. This enable you to reach Kenny as a contact of many customers, or by visiting a particular customer and looking at the associated contacts.
