4. Period type and length
Period Type sets the width of each time column — Days, Weeks, Months, Quarters, Calendar Years or Financial Years. Period Length then offers the spans that make sense for that type: with Months, Last 3, 6, 12 or 24 Months, plus YTD – Calendar and YTD – Financial.
Quarterly columns. The Period Length list changes to match the Period Type you pick.
Quarters and financial years follow your year end
If your financial year ends in June, July to September is Q1 and a financial year runs July to June, labelled FY25/26. Choose Calendar Years, or YTD – Calendar, when you want plain January to December.
