5. Cross Sell Gain

Cross Sell Gain lists customers who have started buying a product they did not buy before — the evidence that cross-selling is working, and which rep made it happen.

  1. Set the minimum

    Minimum Purchases (1–5) leaves out one-off trials: set it to 2 or 3 to see only products the customer has come back for.

  2. Choose the window

    Under Criteria, choose Duration for the last 7, 15, 30 or 60 days, or Date Range and set a From Date and To Date.

  3. Read the list

    Each row is one customer and one product, with the SalesPerson, the First Sold date, Times Sold and Sales Value.
